New scale at the Finn residence. The display on the old one is starting to go, but I also weighed myself on that one. 186. So down 2 from last week on the same scale. Seems like this new scale is less user friendly but I am going with it because Mrs Finn will be throwing the old one away.

This week has been terrible so far. Gained back everything I lost stuffing my face and not running much. I believe beer drinking is the plan for after the race this weekend, so weight loss does not look promising.
