    188 this morning.  My what a week of gluttony that was.  No worries, I will get back on it this coming week.

                    New scale at the Finn residence.  The display on the old one is starting to go, but I also weighed myself on that one.  186.  So down 2 from last week on the same scale.  Seems like this new scale is less user friendly but I am going with it because Mrs Finn will be throwing the old one away.

                        This week has been terrible so far. Gained back everything I lost stuffing my face and not running much. I believe beer drinking is the plan for after the race this weekend, so weight loss does not look promising.

                              I did for about 5 miles. Unfortunately it was a 13.1 mile race.

                               

                              The race sucked and so does my weight.

                                Hit the scale after my 8 miles and it read 170.5. Didn't see that one coming.
