I want to purchase a cook book geared toward healthy recipes. Anyone have a favorite they use? I'm open to both non veg and vegetarian cookbooks. I'm interested in soups, slow cooker stews, pasta dishes, stir fry, snacks, etc.

I am a cookbook nut. I collect them and then hardly ever use any of them.
Imagine how it is when you cook for a living....... What I write off in Cookbooks alone every year is astounding, yet most of them are in my bookcases, un-read!
I'll read them. Sometimes I'll curl up on a couch and read them cover to cover. Its like porn for foodies.
