Thanks! I'm working hard to go lower and lower on the list every week.

Not bad considering I follow a 10-day cycle instead of a weekly cycle, so where my long runs fall make a big difference in weekly totals.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
I'm looking at options for myself also, talking about the 10 day cycle, but since I have a 9-5 job, on weekdays, 7 days cycles are very convenient.
I thought about a 28 day cycle in which I'd do 3 LRs, 3 tempos and 3 times speed work. Kind of 3 x 9 day cycles idea, but with the LRs always on a weekend. Meh. Not sure I like how it turns out. I need to work on it more, but...
I'll be limited to a 7-day cycle until I retire. I can't see doing a long run before starting a work day.
Weekly Run stats
The fact that I have to copy everyone's miles to a spreadsheet week after week really makes me pay more attention to what people here are running. Interesting.
Last big week before the half. Now the tapering starts.
Tapering....
