    15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)

     26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)

              A 40 mile week once this month to match my birthday.

                -finish out my mileage goal for 2015 (no problem, I'm very close)

                -do any one of the following each day: 20 minute swim, 20 minute cycle, 20 minute walk, weights, or core work.  Right now I do the core work consistently but the others are just kinda randomly a couple times a month.  Need some extra calorie burn this month with the holidays approaching...

                10k - 50:00 (unofficial; part of 20k race, March 2015); 50:33 (official; July 2016)

                        Already well on the way to checking this off the list so I guess that will be one of my goals too!
