I'm not sure what's going on. We had a week of cool, crisp mornings with low humidity and reasonable highs. Now it looks like the humidity is back and hot temps.

8 miles. Texting with my friend/coach last night, I was complaining that my running sucks. She encouraged me to do run/walk to help keep HR down. So that's what I did today and while slow, it felt much better. I slept in so didn't start until it was already HOT. We're in peak summer here.
Now I'm watching my Steelers do nothing.
