    Where is everyone?

5 miles, 43 for the week…getting back there. Having some major FOMO from the marathon I was supposed to be running today. Tracking a bunch of folks from my running group. Temps have even cooled off a bit; it probably hit 80 yesterday but was only low-mid 50s this morning. Not quite what I’d consider perfect, but good enough.

Hi! I couldn't sleep 4-6am but then slept until 730am. Its been forever since i started a run at like 9am. For context, yesterday i met RP for our LR at 6am.

Anyway, 6.7 mi in an overcast mist. Local "clever" news reporters have been calling it Gray-pril (gray April), as we head into May Gray and June Gloom. Basically this time of year, its very overcast every morning then sunny in the afternoons. At least it is within the few miles by the coast. Depressing for beach goers, awesome for running.

I'm taking another rest day.  It's gray and raining here, my hip is sore, and I got up at 5:00am to watch the World Chess Championships tiebreaker games (which were pretty exciting).  With all that, running just isn't happening today.

Hello.  I ran 10 miles on the track this morning, giving me 40 for the week to go along with 129 bike miles and three swims.  7 more weeks until my Ironman.  The only thing that'll change with my training from now until then will be longer weekend bike rides and one longer swim per week..

Docket, I had one of those pics from a trail race I did a few years ago. It perfectly summed up how that race was.

I do have to travel through London Ontario to get to Toronto for the flight. So it will be both. DS lives in London Ontario.

could be London in every state. After all, Americans are not very ingenious with their city names. We passed the same city name while driving from Miami to Indiana around 3 times alone.
