Based on the compliments you receive as a runner (according to another thread), I'd say you're a size 0. But the pants may be a tad short on you. Just call them knickers.

Expensive, but quality. They have the usual sales at the usual times of the year. I bought 4 or 5 items from there before, on sale, and was quite satisfied.
No one has mentioned runningskirts.com for the ladies? They have great skirts and comfortable running bras. Look in the sale section as well.
I also buy a lot of my running gear at Dick's.com. I've recently bought a few under armour tops and another pair of Mizuno running shoes. They have good deals sometimes.
