Runs4Sanity
I keep searching but cannot find it, this website had the routes and things for races and you would type in your projected finishing time and it would give you suggested splits and paces depending on the elevations of the race or something like that. I thought I had saved it, but I cannot find it... can anyone help me! Does anyone know the website of which I speak?
*Do It For Yourself, Do It Because They Said It Was Impossible, Do It Because They Said You Were Incapable*
PRs
5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
This is one here, though it may not be the one you want. What I really wanted to do was laugh at your avi caption, hilarious! That is exactly how you do it on the interwebz!
I thought it would be kind of funny for most, and possibly annoy the people I hope it does
Not the same one, but I will try it out until someone else comes along with it.
Something like this?
