I'm not sure how factual it is, but it seems as if this was the coolest July for morning runs I've ever had.

166. First month this year I came in below 200. On the flip side, second to the last run of July was a race and I tied for 5th of 55 in my gender, highest placement for me.... ever. So I'll take that trade-off.

8/29 - A Race for the Ages - will be given 47 hours
I had 279, which is my highest this year, but not the 300+ I ran last July
