I'm planning on heading out after coffee for a distance to be determined. On the one hand I would like to run 10, but on the other I am not sure I can handle that level of boredom, so it might be 8. We will see...

No more marathons
Finally - a scheduled rest day.
I can use it. My miles aren't up to the level of many B&Bers but this week is my highest since March of last year.
Six days without a break is about all the PhatOldMan can handle.
Might walk a few miles just to get blood flowing - and movie and dinner later with DW.

Ran 14. About 57 for the week.
45 for me, which is somewhat of a small miracle. lol
Miracles are always welcome. Even small ones.
Hot water is welcomed more, I'm freezing. lol
