      The one where you lie on your back with your legs and feet extended straight up is the best thing going. Get over yourself and ask someone to show you how it works, that's nothing to be ashamed of.  I mean, if you didn't know where you were going would you keep driving until you ran out of gas, or would you stop and ask for directions. If the answer is A, exactly. If it's B, I can't help you.

       

      People ask for help all the time in gyms, in the workplace and everywhere else. Usually the person telling you didn't know the answer at some point, either. It's the way of the world; you live and you learn.

       

      Wait, wait, wait.... A is the "keep driving  til you run out of gas" and B is the "ask for help" right?

      That's weird, most of your bodybuilding forums say that is not the best one to do (they're always behind squats anyways), while you say otherwise. It's so strange how different the opinions can be from one side of the pond to the other Smile Smile

      Really, it's that stupid locking mechanism that gets me.... I'm sure I could figure it out but I'd rather ask the guy at the desk, just in case I am actually locking it in place instead of unlocking it.

                      No prediction from me, it could really go either way. But I am hoping for this result. It would not surprise me if Kyrie ended up as series MVP. Unfortunately, you will get to watch very little of it, since the games start around your bedtime.
