Super B****
Okay fine, I did the math myself thank you very much. 21.7 miles. Was just trying to get an idea of the distance and requisite pace is all. That's a biggie.
I know, I'm old! I haven't decided on the requisite pace yet... I haven't run much over two hours since, um, my last marathon. Which either means I'll try to do it fast and spend less time running, or slow because SLOW.

Ohhh, okay, thanks for setting me straight. Don't let Brad know I tried to kill him off lol. Moth was always super kind and helpful on here - that's sad.
Probably cause you were fast. His position was always that slow people shouldn't run marathons so we butted heads very often on that topic.

I miss Moth. He was a nice guy, helpful, always friendly, and good to have around.

Facts.
Nobody should! And it’s 35K, not a 35K. Seems better than 35 miles.
You're getting old
Let's just say I'm glad I had already done some races before I found the RW forum. They would have scared me from ever doing one. I still don't run the "required " mileage to run a half....
13.1
I ran 6. This humidity is supposed to drop tomorrow
I know, I'm old!
I just made the correlation!
smartass. Required weekly mileage.
Technically, you're not required to run anything before you race if you don't feel like it... people have been known to do that
