Out the door at 4:40 for a 6-mile run since I had to go into the city today (and may have to again tomorrow). I seem to have a calorie gap with my higher mileage as I've lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks.

You're living the dream! I've never lost weight from running more.
5 miles through the storm aftermath. A little sprinkle but the wind is gone. My run was basically a trail run with all the tree bits covering everything. WFH because school is cancelled.
I gain weight when I run more. Then again I gain when I run less too. I just like to eat. Clearly too much

Yesterday’s 10 PM run was 99 with a THI of 105. I got it done. Rest day.
Personal Bests:
800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)
Even with pretty high mileage, I've been able to compensate with calorie intake. I do find I drop ~2-4 pounds when I get to 70+. Which I hit for the first time in the cycle last week, and in fact I am down a couple. I was so hungry all day yesterday, I was just grazing all day long.
So the AQI was in the 180-200 range when I went to bed. I thought I'd have to skip today's run, or maybe try to get a day pass at Planet Fitness or something. I figured I'd see what the morning would bring, because they can never forecast this accurately. Woke up (unintentionally) at 4:00; it had dropped but only to 130-140, so still not good. But then by 5:00 it was just over 100, so figured that was close enough to get up and go. It was in the 90s by the time I went out, and by the time I got back from my 7 miles (w/12 strides) it was in the 60s. Now it's 32. Crazy how fast that can move. But what a relief that this was a quick one. You never know.

Me either, and calories in v out never worked for me either!
but remember the memes:
Husband, stops eating one cherry, loses 4lbs in 1 week
Wife: smells bacon, gains 20lbs.

Followed that up with a 3-mile easy run/walk on Randolph Air Force Base.
Monday is a rest day for me.
