The fucking building found bed bugs. Especially on our employee entrance. We are all itchy now thinking about it. But hey, all hands day, let's all stay!

5 miles in a cold, light rain. I had laid out treadmill clothes, but it didn't seem to be raining when I ate breakfast, so put on outdoor stuff.

Ok boomers. I swam 2500 yards before work and got a tempo run to do later, which will be done on the treadmill because the rain can suck it.

I'ma do a 5K Saturday. The McMillan predictor says 19:46 and the RA one says 19:12. WTF. They were both accurate with my Boston prediction.
