              Good morning!

               

              I rode 50 on a beautiful morning, upper 50s/low 60s with low humidity and a clear sky.  It was an awesome ride, and I still felt good when i got home.

               

              Have a great day everyone!

                  I ran 7 before work. This is the most consistent training I've done mileage wise, but I don't feel like my easy pace is getting any easier  Maybe marathon training just has my legs tired

                      In my experience (which is limited to five of them stupid things) at some point between 3 and 5 weeks into MRT, your legs will start to feel like complete crap, and will continue to feel like it until about 3 days out from the race. If you're lucky. lol
