Good morning!
I confess to writing 2015 at least a couple of times this year so far.
I ran 15 in the cold with mile repeats. 7x1@MP-10-20 secs,w 1/2 mile recoveries, and 1 hill climb. I was running by feel again, and shooting for MP. I feel pretty good about the run.

Holy steamy poops is it cold out there this morning! 7 degrees with a -6 wind chill for my early run. I had to slap on the Dermatone for the first time this winter. I suppose the good news is that winter runs don't get much colder than that 'round here, so this is about as bad as it gets. Anyway, 4 easy miles at 8:04 pace. I've got a one hour tempo run to do later as well.

My leg is still dumb, it's too cold to go outside, and I might die before I finish writing my thesis. I wish I could just fast forward through the hard part to next Friday afternoon!
0 on the thrmometer this morning, but I'll be running indoors, so I don't really care.
I'll be doing some sort of VO2Max workout, probably 6x800s.
FFS, there are 3 dozen mini cupcakes in close proximity to my office. Treadmill after work, its cold, FTS.

Last night I did 8 sets of 50 of the Russian Kettlebell Twists.
This morning I ran 8 miles, it was 27 degrees and I couldn't find my thermal headband. .......

That hasn't happened to me.
25 trainer miles, so far, planning a swim tonight if I don't die from the cold first. I HATE WINTER. (I'm seriously second-guessing the wisdom of having registered for all these winter races... why do I keep doing that??)

Strength training class, and maybe martial arts. That will depend on whether DS has much homework and/or needs to get to bed early again. He has been a disaster the last 24 hours.

Morning! I wanted to run today but been finishing packing and running errands since 7am. And now I'm stuck in court until I am done and then I can start my drive to picking Mary up. Looking forward to this vacation of waking up at 3am every day, to run, to walk around parks, and tire myself to death. On top of that, the HM and full will be HOT. Ha.
