    It's 60 degrees outside and I am sitting here on this stupid tablet. I actually don't feel too bad, but nonetheless, today is a rest day.

      I managed 3.2 miles.  It's a slacker start to what needs to be a non-slacker week.  We will see.

                  Probably an easy run/walk with DH tonight, last night we went to the high school tennis court and played for about an hour or little more. It was hilarious, we weren't bad but not great either.

                  And it's one hell of a workout chasing that ball.

                      Ran 9.5 on Mt. Royal. Figured it would help to keep some strength in the legs, but it's not like rolling hills. On the mountain, you go up forever, then go down forever.
