Morning! 18 miles with the last 10 @ MP done. It was 90-93F and 77DP since 5am so it was a bit tough. I still hit all my paces but I didn't feel like I owned the pace. In that weather, I cannot even own walking!
Nice!
15 @ 8:03.
Did anybody participate in a Terry Fox Run today? If so, thanks for honouring my hometown hero.
Hello!
21 miles, 8:34, nice and easy. One of my better runs. It has not been easy coming back, my whole foot still hurts, along with my hip.
Isn't Jay racing this morning? I hope so, because I've been sending him my best vibes while I was running this morning. I hope it wasn't a waste of my good vibes!
Have a good Sunday everyone!
PRs: Boston Marathon, 3:27, April 15th 2013
Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013

Yes, I tried to stalk him but it doesn't look like the website has any live or completed info.
Uffda
Morning dailies.
LRB, awesome deal on pacing a HM. It sounds really interesting. Let us know how it goes.
SRD for me. Currently watching the Vikes getting handled by the Bears. Going with DW and DD to the zoo later today.
Have a great day!

We did have a 5k here in town, but it's not timed, more of a run/walk type of thing. However, I always donate to Terry's foundation through my son's school and Terry Fox is by far our greatest and most beloved Canadian hero. His memory will always live in our hearts. Cool stuff about him being from your hometown!
Still no results for Jay. grrrr...
Will run for scenery.
Got my 10 in, nice and slow. Rolly road miles, temps in the 60's, and no rain until the last mile (Thx, Kristen!)
That makes a 24 mile b2b this week, 30 last week. Now 2 weeks tapering down for my 50k.
Stupid feet!
Stupid elbow!
No running today - just a leisurely walk around the neighborhood enjoying the cool air after last night's rain.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
Hip Redux
I can't wait to hear!
4 miles for me on the trail. I forgot how rocky and rooty it is, and tons of punchy little hills. Oy! Great day for it though. Photo from mile ~2:
Hi!
Supp Shari and Drew!
O, how are you feeling?
Run to live; live to run
20.1 by sheer willpower. Running on nothing in stomach can be tough but I was amble to slug it out. Woke at 230 with unhappy stomach. It didn't feel better until after 7 am. Glad it is better now!
Marjorie
Back is good - only minor pain. Groin/adductor - at the annoying pain level, but not bad enough to stop me. Overall, can't complain.
Excellent! At this point in the season most of us are dealing with something so you are fine. No really, you are.
Marj, you are a Boss!

26.2 this morning in lovely Presque Isle park. I'm hoping to see results posted before saying too much, but... mission accomplished
