At 39 degrees and overcast, it's great weather to run in. Geezus.

I'll be doing some type of lower body stability stuff here in a bit, how exciting.

'Morning!  Slept like a champ last night, but that's not really news.  Wife had a 45 minute run to do this morning and I had four miles on the schedule, so I just tagged along with her (4.5 miles).  That's all for today.  Bring on football!

              No more marathons

Planning on taking my new Scosche Rhythm+ down to the track for a little play time this afternoon.

See if we can find that elusive max heart rate.

I know it's not the way it's done, but the hardest I've ever felt my heart pound was at the end of my third 5k, where I sprinted all out for the last quarter mile trying to catch two dudes. I was breathing so heavily that they turned as I was approaching!

It took me a good bit to recover and I'm not sure I've ever reached that level again. Of course that was in my pre-Garmin days so there was no HRM to confirm it that was my max or not.

                      Good luck!
