Hello Dailies!
I took another day off today, but I'm committed to return to the land of the living tomorrow. What a joke of a weekend.
What a joke of a weekend.
Not what you expected a week ago for sure. Have you checked the results and seen where you may have placed?
Hip Redux
That would be torture for me! (Sooo, B+, didya??)
I think I am finally done eating.
It's a competitive race, so I was going for time rather than place. But you got my curiosity and my goal time would have placed me 100 OA and 15/391 AG.
Finally, 3slow easy miles in the books. First run in almost 9 weeks and felt good to be out.

8.1 easy after work. Beautiful 73 degrees and sunny. Loving it after a long long winter
Hi dailies:
7 easy tonight. Within sight of my pine trees on the way home, some %$*#ing $%!#head honky cracker decided to force me into the ditch, driving his pickup across the white line in a game of chicken that I couldn't play along with. I flipped the bird and screamed at him once I had recovered, but he kept going.
As soon as I got home, I jumped in the car and threw my tire iron on the passenger seat, but couldn't find that truck in the 15 minutes of daylight left. SO PISSED that I can't do anything about this guy who risked my life.
