      Good morning!

Nothing.  I'm afraid that I may be fatally bored and might never recover.

      Have a kickass day everyone!

How long are you out for?

          14 miles w/tempo intervals, 6x1600m + 3x200m.

          That's something all right.

Morning!  I went to PT, then have Pilates and OTF today.  If I can and I'm not dead from OTF, I have the 5 miles I missed on Monday.  We'll see.

Another 3-4 weeks on the crutches.  Not sure what all I can do after that.

                    I ran 10. Haven't felt good since my 10k and I'm thinking I shouldn't have done it

I did run last night, with Dorian and Jetta (guess who was in the stroller.........). We only did 4.4 miles

This morning Jetta and I ran 5.2 miles, my legs are sore and heavy and feel like they used to when I first began seriously training for half marathons........ yay.....

I've decided that since I don't seem to have the same amount of energy/mojo as I did in 2015, I am going to have to make the hard choice and devote more of my early mornings to running. I can always just go to the gym after dropping Dorian off at school if I really want to. But I'm happy to devote 3-4 days a week to weight lifting while devoting the 5-6 days to running.

Oh, and my caffeinated goodies came in today!!!!!!

Last year's Evansville half Marathon had me out of whack for like 6-8 months, of course it was my fault.

Some of the workouts you've done since joining HE make a 10k look like a jog in the park, so it's odd that you haven't recovered. You're coming up on two weeks post race though, maybe you'll snap out of it soon.

Maybe it was the work travel last week. Or the fact Addie gave me almost  zero recovery combined with the work travel
