After spending last evening in agony with throbbing legs, I awoke this morning and they felt as good as new. So I did what any runner in their right mind would do; I hit 'em them bitches up some more!
7.25 easy miles done w/ 8 strides.
Two weeks had passed since I done any strides and it showed, but I managed a couple of really smooth ones there at the end before shutting it down.
I will get out after work and get about 4 more miles in. This is my peak week for mileage and I still have quite a ways to go.

I spent 2 hours preparing an order to show cause. Not only because of the paragraphs I had to add but also because stupid Word would not format the margins correctly for an order! This is all the government's fault. We used WP for 10-12 years and now all the documents are fucked. Thank you for making me waste my time!

I ran! I don't know why everyone thought I was lying when I said I was going to run today. 8 easy miles at 8:11 pace on a beeeuuuteefull day. I slipped into the gym for a legs workout right after the run. Weights, jumps, yada yada yada knee.
