Didn't realize I was running this much this month. It's low for what I used to do but I'm only running 5 days a week and I almost broke 200? Wow.

It so happens that two of my four 300-mile months came in August. Just saying.
I just checked the yearly mileage and I'm impressed by how close LRB and Onemile are.
MTA: I just checked LRB's log, grouped by year. Dude, looks like you're going to kill your yearly mileage PR of 2014 this year.
