May will be a transition month with a HM goal in mind, and then my boy Pfitz says we're going big.

192.0 miles for April, well ahead of last year. I'm hoping to increase that even more.

153.5. Considering the damn PF I've been dealing with, I'll take it.
117.5. Lowest month since last June when I was injured. Now I'm "rested", right?
129.26 with 10 rest days.

Tonight's run will put me over 260 and give me a one month PR. It's been a good month.
Finished with 262, which is about a 4 mile PR. Thanks for the props, D2 and Michigan Dave!
I am actually looking forward to scaling back the miles a bit the next few months.

I must have been comfortably slogging through. I never even thought about my miles until today and realized how low they were. Danged....

Nonetheless, it's been rather nice just taking it easy for a while.

38.25 for me. Not an astounding figure by any stretch, but it's OK given the fight that my body is giving me.

Zero. Just fucking zero.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
I had one of those last October, and another one the November before that, and another the February before that.
I should start a game called predict my next zero.
I've been hurt before but I don't know if I've ever had a full zero month.
You would remember if you did, them goose eggs tend to stand out.
