And it's not just them. I took the 30 day plank challenge back in November 2013 and worked my way up to eight or nine or minutes (or whatever it was) during the first two weeks and haven't done another one since. lol
Consistent cross-training is so hard for me, I just want to run. Everything else is a drag it seems.

20 pushups
4 side planks
So, yes, my estimate of Pilates was around what I thought. And da fuk?

I earned 10 push-up points just joining in on the parent participation part of my son's dance performance at the school today - they had push-up in their routine to "Watch Me Whip." Martial arts tonight will add at least 20-30 more pushups and 60 crunches.
