I am thinking about doing the Suncadia 5K on July 31st in Cle Elum Washington.  The race apparently starts and finishes at Nelson's Dairy Farm.  Has anyone done this one before?   As I am not quite 100 percent yet from my adductor injury, I'm wondering if there are any steep hills on the course.    Thanks for any info!
