Both. I woke up with a headache. Felt like I had no energy. It's supposed to rain here all day so I wanted to get it done before that started but I ended up getting rained on the last few miles anyway.

I hung in there for 22 miles but just could not hang on longer. Still, nothing like my fade/death march in May. I'm pretty happy with a 15 minute PR...that's big (twss). Yes, onemile is still whooping me in the HM and FM. Bring on New Jersey.
