Why are you mad? You said you weren't born yet either! :P
Oh yeah, I forgot.
So, I will be in the market for a new pair of Adrenalines soon. This is one of the colors for the latest model (GTX16). Really??

I'm all for bright shoes, but no. Just no.
I noticed Brooks has a special edition Ravenna that is $10 extra because of the colors...
I'll take the sale colors, thank you.
I'm convinced you have to be trippin' on LSD to be a running shoe designer.

Agreed. One of the things I had a hard time getting used to when I started running was the garish colors. Most hiking shoes/boots are brown or tan. Somewhere along the way, I decided that they were just for fun, so it was a good thing to be bright and visible. But occasionally I still wince when I see some new neon model.
I ran 8 easy this morning, more or less on auto-pilot. It was one of those days where you look around and say, "How did I get here already?"

+1 to the first statement. I have previously posted my collection of blue & white Adrenalines. I am slowly branching out to some colors.
On the second - those are the best.
I think Saucony makes the best looking shoes. I am all for bright colors but the patterns and too many colors and clashing colors on Brooks shoes (and Mizuno) are pretty hideous.

LOLOL LRB is old.
I bet I'm older. I actually remember when the Fonz jumped the shark.
I have the red and black version of these... well, the Ghost.

In LRB'S defense, he looks pretty damn good for an old guy.

IIRC, I think it's a fairly tight grouping and you can correct me if I'm wrong: LRB < Jack K. < happylily < Dave P.
