Fred, I vote you do whatever the hell you want to do as long as I don't have to do it.
+1000. Like the other game, there can be a deadline for posting your miles. You can’t accommodate everyone’s logging habits. If it makes you feel better, you can run the report on Tuesday instead of Monday. But honestly most of us here log our runs as soon as they happen, unless there is an RA problem. And if you inadvertently missed some of my miles, I’d never notice or really care too much.

Agree with Dave and Baboon. It may be the slightly different logging deadlines between games. The difference may also be due to the IR requirements in the other games, if miles got posted once the 0 was final.

Oh yeah, true.

I appreciate all the support.
What I'll probably do is a couple times a year run a "true-up" late in a week and clean up everyone's data.
5k 23:48.45 (3/22); 4M 31:26 (2/22); 5M 38:55 (11/23); 10k 49:24 (10/22); 10M 1:29:33 (2/24); Half 1:48:32 (10/22); Marathon 4:29:58 (11/23)Upcoming races: Greta's Run 5k, 5/19; Scotch Plains 5k, 6/12

I agree. But I think what he found was not for logging late, though. Mine changed and I never log late. Maybe the spreadsheet had a hiccup.

I just take the data for what it is. Even if you paid me I wouldn't know if it was correct or not.
I appreciate you doing this.
I fully intend to somehow improve my standing. I nosedived in rankings while away. I should have counted my walking as I must have walked more than 100 miles that week. Lol

FYI - The game only counts running miles.
Week 20 Revisited - With a mid-year audit and correction of some runners' mileage, revised standings are below. Some mileage changes also affected StdDev points.
Changes to mileage were:
Cyberic +5.3
DavePNW +11
Docket_Rocket -44.3
KCRuns +46
Lauren. +21
Onemile +35.8
RunningOnSand +110
Wolvmar +3
Thank you!
Week 21 - Not a lot of change in the standings since the last update.
Week 22 - Baboon continues moving up the standings as his training nears peak. Some other close contests going on within the standings.

That's going to tank during the next six weeks, as I've got my taper, recovery, then a planned two week break. I'll probably lose all 50 of those standard deviation points.

Don't worry, I'm tanking even though I'm increasing my miles so I'll see you at the bottom, ha.
I expect my StdDev will erode when marathon training kicks in and I start running a lot more miles/week than what I've been doing.
My ranking is dropping like a boulder. Not a stone but a big assed boulder. I'm hoping if I can improve my std Dev that it will retaliate.
