Exercise complete. Bike route was a little short but what-the-hell-ever. 43 mile bike at 17.2 mph, followed by an easy 3 mile run at 8:45 pace.

I could only manage 15 miles, at 8:16 pace. And I had to take a couple breaks, because I felt too hot in there.
