Did not really expect the sub-20 today, course is kinda hilly. But ~30 sec faster than I ran the same race last year. And pleasantly surprised with the placing, since it's generally a very fast field.

Just got in from 5 miles. It's hot AF out there. But my run was faster than some of my pre heat runs in the spring...so maybe I'm acclimating

I ran 8 yesterday, which is the farthest I've run in a couple of months, then went right back out and walked 4.5 with the dogs. So today was an easy 4 mile run with the dogs. The river was full of a bunch of rugby players who were up for a tournament- so fit young guys in their underwear. Zoe made friends with one of them who had a stick.
I think he might be doping.
