The wind chill warmed up to 23 degrees by the time I headed out so I ditched the jacket and ran with a singlet under a long sleeve tech instead.
My legs were really feeling it right out of the gate and by mile 9 they were toast.
I staggered on in for the last 3 miles and finished with 12.
