I was up at 6:30 and enjoyed a cup of coffee out on the balcony. I came in, ate a tasty sandwich, and then took a nap. Will run in a bit. Hobbs & Shaw at 1:00.
It's nice and cool out, and it's a drag I'm passing on that. It's soccer practice day, and I'll be running between 11:30 and 1:00.

I ran 6. The temps and the shade were cool enough, but the humidity had me sweating like a mofo.
I also got my labs back, and my ferritin is up to 26 (from 10, 2 months ago)! I’ll continue taking my NovaFerrum 2x/day, hopefully til it gets closer to 50 (or more).
