Haha...LRB, sounds like a fun night. 'Morning, kids! I hit the pool this morning for the first time in over a month. All of my swimming since then has been in the open water with a wetsuit on, so I didn't know how I'd do in the pool without the buoyancy and aid of the wetsuit. Holy crap, it's like it wasn't even me. It was kind of awesome and weird at the same time. I was able to just keep swimming and swimming without having to stop. I did 1000 yards (30ish minutes...40 laps) before I decided to take a break and have a drink. My previous best was 400 yards and that was difficult. In total, I did 1500 yards in 46 minutes. Easy run planned after work today.

What Rick is trying to tell us is that he went on a date last night. I decided to move Friday's run, 12 miles, to last night, and I will run the mid-week 15 miler on Friday. I'm pooped. There, I said it. What kind of insane coach would want his runner to do 15 miles the day after an 11 miler with speedwork? It's stupid... Today was 6 miles at recovery, but I have a date with Mozart and Schubert in Montreal tonight and I won't have time to run. I may try to squeeze 3 miles in the afternoon, though. Have a nice day, everyone!

Enjoy the show! Maybe you can get your run in while there.

It's nice here too, very pleasant.
I wanted to laugh and cry tears of joy all at the same time, lol.

On the left, an Eclipse for the girl. A Sunsetini for me (2).
You've been hanging out with me too much. Love them!
Morning! Did not run last night, but woke up early and ran 10 with 4 @ HMP on the TM this morning. The pace felt easy! Pilates and more miles tonight.

Barking Mad To Run
3.2 miles done this morning. Like a flippin' sauna out there, no wind, humidity in the 90's percentile, dewpoint in the upper 70s, and 'dead air' , no wind at all. Thoroughly soaked in sweat by the time I was done. However, it was a GREAT run/walk, I felt strong the whole way and also got to see a beautiful sunrise. What the heck is happening to me...I'm actually beginning to LIKE this early morning running! Glad I did run this morning, though....98 degrees here in San Antonio this afternoon with a 103 heat index.

Yes, it was 84 degrees here yesterday.
Enjoy the cardio after work B.
Hopefully there is good news at the eye doc C.
Nice job on the treadmill D.
Helluva MP run DP.
Nice run Scott-T.
Geezus!
You didn't know this? We call it rocío in Puerto Rico ("dew"). It's visible down here near the Equator almost every day.
For years I wouldn't touch a martini with a ten foot pole, then one year I had a dirty martini at Gerry's in Miami Beach. That drink was um, orgasmic.
The rest as they say, is history. Hiccup!
Oh, and hit 200 miles for the month.
Son, you are killing it.
You are in the zone, yo.
Just an exam, and new contacts and glasses, which after insurance is another $100 running out of my pocket faster than a B+ 200m repeat.
