PSA - RWOL Forums are having a problem with people logging on. Either that or it's a conspiracy to keep me off the forums since I'm getting error messages that no one else is. I think I may be about to lose my 35K activity points and #17 ranking.
It works if you sign in 30 times in a row. FFS. I am having that problem and others are as well.

They've put a message that you can get to the forums by going through the main RW site.
Seemed to work OK for me.
I like getting my SOS (something of substance) workouts done early. My schedule had an 800/400/200 at 5K pace for tomorrow. But since I took off yesterday, and the weather was OK at lunch I did the workout today. And since it seemed so much lighter than last weeks 2 X 1600 at 5K pace, i did it twice. Wonder if that was in the original instructions from two years ago? Hell, might have been repeat three times.
Now a mile road race on Friday will be my other quality workout this week.

Word around running forums is that this is the most boring-est place on the 'net. An assessment I wholeheartedly agree with.

Rest day. Well not running. Came home and spent about an hour yanking weeds out of my raspberry patch. 3 large bags later, there are still damn weeds. Picked some berries too, so gonna make a small batch of jam.
WCRunner, I was getting a fatal error last week trying to just view the RWOL forums. I thought they got pissed & banned me because of the commentary I put with a link about doping or the word Extenze.
