    Good morning!

I jogged 3 lazy miles. My shit is pretty tired, so I'll call it a rest day.

    Have a kickass day!

      Good morning!

Hope everyone enjoys a nice Friday. I know I am ready to weekend! Had a really nice run last night as our trail group went and met up with another trail group at this location for a good 5 mile run. It was a really nice crew of people and just fun to hop in and run with some new faces.

I'm thinking something like 4 tonight, and then maybe an 8 and 4 this weekend as I work to build my miles back up.

Pleasant...thanks for kicking us off. Sorry about the tired shit Smile 3 miles is better than no miles!

'Friday!  I swam 4000 yards before work.  I've got an easy run to do later.  The toilet penny is gone.

Morning.  Slept until short of 9am and after my migraine, I needed it.  I have Pilates and 8 miles and this is my Friday off. However, I still need to work some thanks to the two major cases that were filed with the SEC, etc., I mentioned.  But at least it's only for a few hours and I'm home.

            I ran 7.

I'll run 6 or 7 starting in about an hour.

That will make it a 3 day run streak!  Woohoo!

5 miles last night then another 3 this morning. Today was supposed to be rest day but I wanted to make up a few of the miles that I missed earlier in the week. Last night was hot and dry, this morning was less hot but very humid. I just can't win.

All runs feel like I'm just dragging myself through the miles. Hoping I get a pep in my step at some point soon....

That's been my entire summer, it seems.

I thought that was just normal

It's the new normal. Back in the day you'd take two days off and feel like you could fly when you ran again. Now, you feel like you need to take two days off after running after taking two days off. lol

Well, I'd like to be able to run "easy" without my HR being in 5k zone (85-90% max). Sick + weather = huge perceived loss of fitness!

                            Yes, I'm quoting myself.

I actually surprised myself and ran my hilly 8.2 route from the office... and it didn't suck.
