My watch key-tones are on silent, the vibration alerts are turned off. I'm just gonna hit the start button, then run for as long as my body will allow. That is probably really, really stupid, but I just don't want the mental baggage of knowing I'm stinking it up. Truth be told though, I have already won, everything that follows is gravy. Now, let's see how hungry I am...
