Super B****
At the pace you are going, I would have to read 10 pages I missed during the one hour Pilates session!
Serves you right for going to Pilates.

No!! My legs were just fine.
You have come a LONG way!
I suppose my long runs were tough. I remember my knees hurting a lot and each week feeling like I didn't think I could go further. But each week was a mileage or LR distance PR!
My 20 milers were very difficult and involved some walking. I remember after one of them, when I got home I puked and had to lie in bed for two hours until I no longer felt sick. I felt only slightly better after the marathon:

OK, here's mine... we're doing ten weeks, right??
I'm too lazy to figure out how many miles were on the AlterG, but I do know that after the 7 mile run on 8/3, I didn't run outside again until the race. Which I finished in a very painful 4:00:48, with a lovely positive split, but I didn't walk once. Only because I knew that if I did, I'd never be able to start running again!

Mmmmm...beer
Yeah that's pretty pasty! I could see eating that when hot, but after cooling off a little is probably best used to spackle over any holes in your drywall.
Yeah, I probably wouldn't be able to get my spoon in it if I let it cool. LOL
Oxymoron?
Probably lol Guess I should say brown sugar "flavored" syrup.

Goals | sub-18 5k | sub-3 marathon 2:56:46!!
That looked fucking horrific!
I will try again later, sigh.
Wow, youse guys have been busy today (and yesterday!) Let's see, in no particular order:
* I ran 4 stupid miles and walked 4 smart miles
* I had two pieces of leftover pizza for breakfast (reheated)
* I mostly eat oatmeal in the winter, but we're still getting peaches in the CSA box, so I might have to try that baked one
* Race day breakfast is a whole grain bagel with PB, maybe a banana if I had to eat really early
* My training log for my first marathon:
Well that right there is a whole heap better than my plan.
Dave
Mine was pretty decent by comparison. Yet I still ran it slower!
Except mine will stay that way. Never ever, nuh-uh, no way. No desire to work that hard or hurt that much.
But IIRC it was relatively "easy" for you - paced too conservatively if anything. Maybe if you set a stupider goal like some of us, it would have hurt more. FTR, I was going for sub-4 on mine. Rofl wafl.
This puts you at the top of the evolutionary scale.

This does not surprise me at all. You are nothing if not properly prepared!
That almost looks better than what I did last fall FFS.

Yeah, took me till my 3rd marathon before I did any kind of mileage approaching that.
