Good morning, e-folks! Cool and humid pre-work run is complete! I've been doing all easy stuff since the marathon, though my legs are starting to feel somewhat normal again. I'll probably try some strides tomorrow with a 5K looming Sunday.
Swim planned this evening. I've got a lesson with a swim coach. I'm getting better in the water but my form needs a lot of work.

I will, but on Friday. I'll be dressed as a clown, which is actually very fitting, considering my job. What are you dressing up as?
