Congrats blue!
I'm waiting for the timing website to be updated FFS. 1:21:21 unofficially. I seriously need to put on some weight ASAP. It won't be hard haha.
Am I the first racer checking in?... Well, I just ran a dinky little half. And my foot is killing me and I'm having trouble walking but FFS I FINALLY BROKE 1:40.
Congrats!! I NEED TO KNOW BY HOW MUCH.
For me: 1:39:51. PR by 0.7 seconds. For real.

6:12 per mile is zooming.
Awesome!
That really is impressive all things considered.
I had way too big of a kick again. 3:48 for the final 1.1k. Maybe I should have listened to everyone who told me to target 80.
It was hard because I hurt, not because it was done particularly well -- positive split like you wouldn't believe. I don't care -- still sub-1:40! And now I'm limping home a mile because the MTA is useless. Gah!

Hopefully the aches are temporary.

Life is good.

I watched my 8 year-old nephew for 10 hours yesterday. He is a well behaved kid, but I don't want to hear anyone ask me a question today. It was more tiring than 18 miles of hills.
10 hours is like 70 days in dog time. lol
