Oh, I agree 100%. It's why I passive aggressively won't pull up my buff when I run past someone else who isn't wearing a mask. We've been thinking about refinancing and woah, just found no cost 15y at 2.5% I'm not old enough to remember interest rates >10% but this is still pretty crazy. Can Wolvmar tell me if they will go even lower?
Yeah it's pretty crazy. I don't think anyone can answer your question, but we're certainly at a historical low. Though ours from 5 yrs ago was already at 2.99% for 15 yrs, so maybe still not worth doing anything about.

That WAS my point!! Running from one to another would be hundreds of miles.
Today NYRR also canceled all in-person events until the end of 2020, so there are more potential miles right there.
