What's happening?? Why am I starting the dailies?!

16.3 here with the NYRR Virtual Global Running Day 1M thrown in -- 5:44, which isn't quite what I wanted, but it is a "PR" so I'm hardly going to complain about it.

Congrats on the PR! Don't know what you were aiming for, but that is pretty darn fast IMO.

Ran a bit over 17 (17.45 to be precise)

73 for the week and 325 for the month

Nice job! You beat my 1M time trial by 1 second.

          Nice job!

I don't feel well (I think it's an asthma bout), so after thinking of hopping on the TM for some miles, I'm just going to take the day off and lay on the couch all day.

Thanks!! I was hoping for 5:39, but didn't actually expect to even break 6:00, so there is that.

Now you know how far you are running today DaveP

12 miles with some progression. First 3 miles was continuously passed by several car clubs? Probably 100 Honda civics, then mustangs, corvettes, old trucks, etc. Nothing loud, fast or obnoxious.

Also I should be running San Diego RnR marathon right now

Jetta and I ran 5 miles this morning, I've ran 3 days in a row without issue so good sign... But my legs were feeling a little fatigued this time. I'll probably rollerblade tomorrow, if I do anything.

I ran 6. I got to watch 1 of 2 guys driving obnoxiously get pulled over. Dudes came down the hill flying and an unmarked car was on the opposite side of the road. The one car locked their brakes, but at that point they were already caught. I got to smell burning rubber for a bit.

                      Bluerun, nice time trial.

                          Congrats, Dave. Nice month!

2 this morning, workday 😐 and is gorgeous out  😐

It was gorgeous here too: 70 degrees, sunny and low humidity. There was a 15 mph wind, but I avoided it by running 7.5 miles  in town.  I wanted to go to the mountains, but on a day like today it would be too busy.

                              From the Internet.

oof alright it's time to admit defeat and cut back the drinking to up the mileage, I think. 12 miles on the strugglebus because we stayed outside drinking fancy craft beer on the back deck until after midnight. Was a lovely way to spend an evening, not the best way to prep for a long run.

Legs felt fantastic, though - just cruising in the mid-high 7s for most of the run. V nice. I might be less out of shape than I think.

LOL and I wore my new buff today - it is an all-over cat face print! Makes covering your face a little more fun!
