And shoes.
Maybe I should try that. Shoes hurt right now.

You can run without a watch, you know.
What is this sorcery?
Congrats Zel, I think you will be happy with the 225, I am pretty happy with my 220. Although one of the things I used to like about it, the fact that it picked up a signal so quickly, doesn't seem to apply anymore.
Anyway, 6 miles. Not feeling any HM after effects.
Dave
That's because you didn't race it hard enough.
I ran 8. Then loaded the run and realized I was suppose to run 6.
Don't worry, I've cut enough runs short this summer to more than make up for your 2 extra miles.
Also, I did run 6 today.

Morning! I have a shiny new 225! My 610 still is a pain to sync, plus this weekend it charged backwards again, forcing me onto the TM for lack of a watch to wear. Thinking of giving up the fitbit since it does steps and sleep, but first I gotta see how it works and if I feel obnoxious wearing it around all day.
Let me know how do you like the HRM on the wrist. I love my TomTom just because of that, so I'm curious to see what differences there might be.
Damaris
Don't worry, I have enough for both of us.
I hear they both have the same HRM actually.
Obv.

It's like I'm a damn mindless robot or something. Thankfully this is my last week at 8 mile runs, I'll be back to 7 next week.
Speaking of routine, I'm hungry.
+1. Woke up for no good reason at 4, so had breakfast. Ran at usual time, now in the office getting ready to eat 2nd breakfast.
Mine is very accurate. Never fails.
Un-possible.
4 miles in the park. Now off to cut grass. Again. Always.more. grass.
10 miles this morning...glad that's done. Now it's coffee time.
re - knuckle lights - I do like them but only use one as running with two would seem too bouncy. I rarely use it but it is handy (so to speak) for the first 20 minutes of running before sunrise.
blue - yes, that grass never quits.

Every fall during MRT, something gets tossed to the back burner. Usually it's the upkeep on my yard and this year is no exception.
I've been half-assing it the past month and it sorta kinda shows. A little.
I took you up on your suggestion that I go eat instead of waiting and did exactly that. I ate a dish with so much garlic in it that when I stepped outside and yawned, a bat fell dead from it's perch above the door.
