My run this morning brought me to 1,001 miles so far in my running career! Most importantly, all of those miles have been injury free! Can't complain at all for my first 8 months of running. Thanks to everyone for the great advice and support!

1,000 in your 1st 8 months with no injuries; that's great! I was hoping to hit 1,000 for the year, but I've had to re-adjust that goal. Good job & keep running!

Thanks everyone! I do tend to have a bit of an obsessive personality, at least I've finally turned it towards something healthy.
Of course now that little voice in my head is telling me that I can do another grand before I hit my one year runniversary.
