I almost never do this kind of workout. Today I felt like working on faster running and decided to do this workout that you sometimes do, except you usually do it for like 4 miles, but I didn't have time for that.
Yes, it is. I think it's good for working on turnover and reminding your legs how to run fast, which they can forget in marathon training

All sorts of flags and sirens went off when I clicked on the link so I never read it. Chrome and Samsung wouldn't go to it at all and Firefox was like proceed at your own risk. I never did.
