                  I am an idiot... the online spots for the Henry Isola Cross Country race just sold out.  Now I'll have to register in person.

                            The stuff here is horrible.  We have donuts (doughnuts???) and other shit in the kitchen.  I am forbidding myself to get out of my office until I leave work.

                              7 easy this morning.

                               

                              And I'm always hungry.  I'm sure a graph of my blood sugar readings looks like a wicked roller coaster.  Small breakfast, no eating for 5 hours, small lunch, no eating for 6 hours, huge dinner, and a snack before bed.

                                I ended up with a pint of fried rice, which came two and half hours after lunch so not all that bad.

                                 

                                That's usually my snack time but I knew I needed a bit more when my fingers starting looking like fish sticks. Big grin
