Good luck, DtotheTizzle!
I cut my 20 mile run short. I think asking my legs for 20 milers on back to back Saturdays was a bit much. So, 15 miles done. Slower than I wanted (8:55) but I'm just tired, man. I'm cool with 15. Looking forward to a cutback this coming week.

Good luck, Dave! You've trained like a beast, now go show the world you're a rockstar!
8 easy done. I may do a few more tonight, if my legs are good. I have 20 tomorrow, so I need to keep this in mind. Now time for a good lunch.

So I got a total of about 12 miles today, 7.6 miles before the race and then the 4.36 miles or whatever it was at the Run of Luck 7k.
Official Finish time was 37:31, I placed 7th in my AG and 33 in women's and that is all I know at this moment.
They had some killer hills, the final biggie had a lot of people walking but I passed them and kept chuggin' along up that damn bastard (and I'll thank the hilly roads out here by my house for that). I feel pretty good, today is going to be a lazy day
Edit:
Official Results -

Fantastic placement Andrea -- you have gotten FAST!
Good luck Zelanie and Dave on your races. I can't wait to hear all about them.
Me? I did my last Pfitz interval set before my race. 3 X 1 mile repeats at 8:38; 8:38 and 8:29. I think on the last one I was just eager to have it over with. Still hoping for (dreaming of?) a sub-2 next weekend, although plugging my 10K times into McMillian I realize that it going to a stretch for me and a sub 2:01 would actually be a very good result. Still trying to decide how I want to pace out those first 6 miles or so.
Life is good.
From the Internet.
Awesome job Andrea, I wanna be like you when I grow up!
Thanks guys!

I race distance to negative split, it just works for me. It requires discipline on the front end and a constant awareness of the bigger picture.
You are such a strong runner though that you should have no problem hanging tough should you decide to hit goal pace right out of the gate. If that is the route you choose, take care not to exceed goal pace for any length of time...until the end of course.
The dailies peeps eat up mileage before racing like its nothing!
5ish miles on the TM done. In the middle of the day, which I can never do outside, haha.
