on my way to badass
Nice job FS!
Still bluesky- that is still warm. Have a great 5k.
Half crazy- 72 and hills is too much,
LRB- enjoy the football!
Cy- thanks for converting temps for 'mericans.
Bluerun- Nice work!
Z- she's a cutie, but needy can get old.
PR- nice work!
RD for me. Soccer for DS, so a lawn chair on the edge of s big field is in my future. It may rain.
Still waiting for the perfect race picture. 5K PR-33:52 , 10K PR 1:11:16, First HM 2:42:28
From the Internet.
17 at 8:51. Had to dial back the effort after a few miles, between the surprise humidity and waking up pretty congested I felt kinda like junk and just wanted to finish in one piece, but legs felt OK. And to keep things in perspective, a year ago I'd have laughed at the idea that a "bad" long run for me would be 17 miles and still sub-9:00.
I ran 18 miles... faster than BQ pace.
Wonderful. You are driven by challenge.

BRING ON THE RACE.
Excellent.
About as ugly as expected. Hills killed me. Never a good sign when you are dripping and flinging sweat before mile 1 is done.
Damn. You race in some of the most unbearable conditions.
Up to go walk a 5K with my beginners' group. Today is "goal day" for them.
That's awesome. Take a pic!
lol at the pooches.
Good morning! I ran 9 in the rain. It beat the 3.1 yesterday . Have a great day folks!

Nice. Are you a fan of the Vols?
By the way, I'm showing you the ingredients (other than ice) so no smartass comments (LRB).
You have me confused with the wrong troll. lol
Ran a little short of 8, easy, in 70 F and 66 DP. WTF is this?
Hopefully it's not race day temps!
I ran my 6, in temps similar to Cy (72 F 64 F). But being so short, it wasn't too bad.
50 for the week, and I could've had more but I am content with that.

Lol, I didn't know which one but I know you sometimes like to pick on me

PRs
5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
It's weird, and a little disappointing.... last year I was popping 14-16 miles like it was nothing, even earlier this year. But the last two long runs over an hour took a bit of effort, or I'm still feeling it afterwards......
Wasn't suffering much either as I didn't have long and was running easy, but I'm freaking out a little because of the upcoming thing I regestered and trained hard for
That's a severe Miami winter, duh. Just ask DR..
A cold wave like they haven't seen in the past 30 years
