                        It's group training with the Hansons. I've done it before and am looking forward to it. I just wish I knew what the actual workout is going to be. Grumble, grumble. But yeah, I've altered my routine to fit it in, in less than tolerable conditions, ffs.

                            Any thoughts on this race(s)? The half plan I am loosely following has a workout of 2 easy, 6 at HM pace, 2 easy, so I could conceivably use both races as a workout.

                                I would just do the 10k and race it hard, in place of your workout. Still with 2 wu/2 cd.
