That's a long ass time to slog. You should eat a slice of pie or something sinful to give the run a purpose!
I'm thinking pizza
Exactly. Meanwhile you got companies paying for wedding rings that a gopher stole or a ram bashing the side of a car in. That's the kind of shit that should be denied!
I don't think USAA threatened a rate increase years ago when I whacked a deer.
Former Bad Ass
Yeah but did you buy a matching outfit? That my dear, is the question!
INB is sending me around two outfits a week (stuff I preordered, etc.), so I think I got it covered! Although there is never a time NOT to have new stuff.
Damaris
We get accident forgiveness with GEICO and they have never raised the rates for any of the accidents this stupid state made them pay for even though it was not my fault (no fault state, the other side decides not to pay, sometimes GEICO closes the case because their chances to collect cost more than the car). This time, I have not gotten a call so I assume this asshole claimed responsibility.
I did say pie.
'Atta girl, gobble that bitch up guilt-free!
5 on the belt after work tonight. Race director said i could switch to the 10K on Sunday...but still deciding if I want to do that or just run a more local 5K that starts earlier. But I don't want to pay again lol
No more marathons
5.5 easy today.
Tomorrow's workout will be intense.
Maybe I'll skip it.

Lordy, I hope there are tapes.
He's a leaker!

Ooh what is it?
Went to a conference dowtown, wondered if I should run there, but the sidewalks were at best slushy, and at worse complete lakes. Sure, I have a pair of brand new shoes with GoreTex I bought for this weather, but sitting in a conference in those afterwards, and changing there... nah. Too complicated.
Couldn't run at lunch because of conference, could not run back home coz I didn't have my running stuff.
Hey, I am not registered in any race, I am not paying for a coach, it's dangerous out now that temps have fallen below freezing point... FTS!
Warm&fuzzy
Good afternoon!
I think I ran 7.5 miles this morning. I couldn't upload it, so not sure I really did it.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Runner with a riding problem.
5.95 with 2 x 15 minutes at HM pace/effort. It was 65 degrees, I wore shorts. And in about 7 hours, the winter weather advisory starts, could get 2-4 inches of snow, which means gridlock & panic.

I am home from Colorado. I was going to go for a jog, but FTS. I need to rest.
<3
I ran 9. It was freaking cold out tonight. Maybe because I was running too slow to warm up

3 X mile at 10K race pace with ONE MINUTE recovery between.
My coach is trying something new and assigning paces for my workouts. My workout that I have tonight, for the 200's she wants me to run at a 5:29-5:37 pace, for the 300's a 5:37-5:48 pace and for the 400's a 5:41-5:46 pace. I don't think I have ever been able to run that fast for any of those and usually if I run 200's it just hammering it as hard as I can. I think I just really suck at fast stuff and it feels most taxing on my legs... but I would assume YOUR paces would be faster since you are faster than me so you probably ran them just right. This is the whole workout: 2 mile warm up 1600m (~ 6:35)(2 min rest)4 x 200m with 1 min rest (~41-42)1200m (~5:00)(2 min rest)3 x 300m with 1 min rest (~1:03 - 1:05)1000m (~ 4:08)(2 min rest)2 x 400 with 1 min rest (~1:25 - 1:26)2 mile cool down

I like that Addie gave you actual paces to hit. Shows she is really into your training and understands where you are.
That only happens after a good length of time.
